National Contribution to the EMN Study on Responses to long-term irregularly staying migrants

The study on Responses to long-term irregularly staying migrants: practices and challenges in EU Member States and Norway is focused on bringing an overview of existing practise in dealing with situation of migrants who stay for a long-term period in a Member State without any legal status. One of the main goal is to provide possible solutions of these situations which are already applied in other MSs on local, regional or central level.
