EMN Youth Day

The European Union has designated 2022 as the European Year of Youth and in this context, the European Migration Network is organising a meeting of young people interested in migration. The meeting will take the form of an interactive workshop. It will take place on 16 November at the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, where selected students from EU Member States will have the opportunity to hold a joint discussion on migration issues. During the day, in addition to a short TED talk-style presentation, the Destination Europe – a new migration learning tool (more information on the EMN Luxembourg Focal Point website) will be presented. The tool allow students to experience different roles of actors involved in the migration policy-making process. The final part of the programme will be a discussion based on the insights, ideas and thoughts related to the Destination Europe tool.
