National contribution to the EMN Study on Third-Country National Victims of Trafficking in Human Beings: Detection, Identification and Protection

The Czech Republic presents its national contribution to the EMN study focused on third-country national victims of trafficking in human beings and their detection, identification and protection which can be found in the Publications or right here . 

This study deals with third-country nationals who become victims of trafficking at the level of the EU Member States and Norway, maps the ways of identifying and protecting victims of trafficking from third countries, provides a comparative overview focusing on current statistics and legislative developments in this area and identifies examples of good practice, as well as the challenges that the EU Member States and Norway are facing in the area of trafficking in human beings.
